Our project focuses on the design of equipment for cleaning shorelines of plastic nurdle pollution whilst ensuring minimal energy requirements and environmental impact.

        The reason I chose to work on this project is due to the real-life immediate impact it has. The issues and impact from Xpress Pearl Ship, are also close to home since my parents came from Sri Lanka. Hoping to put last few years to use and create a sustainable final product.
